Dr. Sandra Yee received her Bachelor of Human Biology (BHB) from Auckland University, New Zealand, in 1991, and went on receive a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB, ChB) from the same institution in 1995.
After graduating from Medical School, Dr. Yee worked in hospitals in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She trained as a general practitioner in the United Kingdom under the Wessex Deanery and qualified in 2003. Dr Yee has completed diplomas in Family Planning, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Child Health and later in 2008 a diploma in Dermatology from the University of Cardiff.
Since qualifying in 2003, Dr. Yee has worked as a general practitioner in Bristol, providing general medical services, child health surveillance, contraception and foreign travel advice. She has also provided Out of Hours services with BrisDoc, which covers Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
Dr. Yee has received training in Child Protection (Level 3) and Safeguarding Adults. She enjoys most aspects of Family Medicine.
Dr. Yee is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (United Kingdom).
