Dr. Lu received her medical degree from Zhongshan Medical College in 1984. Following graduation, she worked as a resident medical officer in pediatrics at Sun Yatsen Memorial Hospital. In 1992, she accepted a 2-year scholarship to complete a Master degree in Pediatrics from the University of Sydney.
Before coming to Shanghai United Family Hospital and Clinics, Dr. Lu practiced at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children in Sydney, Australia for eight years (1988-1995). Dr. Lu returned to China with her family in 1996 and was a family physician for the expatriates in Guangzhou working across several international clinics including International SOS, Assistance and EurAm International Medical Center. Her clinical interests include Child Health, Women’s Health & Primary Care.
Dr. Lu has medical training and licenses in both Australia and China. She is Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) certified.
Dr. Lu speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
