Yiyun WANG

Dr. Wang Yiyun is board certificated for both Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She is experienced in dealing with urgent illness as well as managing chronic diseases.

Education: 

Dr. Wang received her medical training in Shanghai Jiaotong University. She also spent one year working as a foreign physician in the department of Immunology and Transplantation of Hopital Edouard Herriot of France. Later, she received her residency training at Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, where she treated patients, and developed expertise in managing various conditions.

Background: 

Before joining United Family Healthcare, Dr. Wang served in the Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital and specialized in acute renal failure, chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, renal transplantation, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. In 2019, she joined the Fellowship Program of UFH. During the program, she received further medical training in large trauma centers of military hospitals in Shanghai.

Dr. Wang has extensive experience in medicine and can take care of patients’ acute illness and chronic diseases. She holds certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Wang has published as first author in medical journals, including Kidney Disease, Kidney and Blood Pressure Research, Zhonghua Diabetes.
