Education Background:

Graduated from the Second Military Medical University in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree. Graduated from Shanghai Medical University in 1994 with a doctoral degree in Internal Medicine.

 Working Experience:

With over 30 years of medical experience, he began working in the Department of Nephrology at Changhai Hospital, Second Military Medical University in 1994. In 2000, he was promoted to Associate Chief Physician and Associate Professor, and became a Master’s Supervisor. In 2002, he transferred to the Department of Nephrology of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, where he served as Deputy Director of the Department of Nephrology and Deputy Director of the Diagnostic Teaching and Research Section. In 2006, he moved to the Department of Nephrology at Huadong Hospital, Fudan University. In 2011, he was promoted to Chief Physician and Professor, and became a Doctoral Supervisor. He has held multiple leadership roles at Huadong Hospital, including Director of the Nephrology Department, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Medicine, Director of the Standardized Training Base for Resident Physicians, and Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Medicine at Fudan University School of Clinical Medicine. He has been responsible for the medical care and health maintenance of senior leaders for nearly two decades

 Academic Achievement:

Hosted and participated in over ten research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, published more than 100 papers (including over 40 SCI indexed papers), and won one second prize for military medical achievements. As the editor in chief of three books, including “Nutritional Therapy for Kidney Disease”, and as the deputy editor, chief editor or editor, participated in the compilation of more than 20 academic works, including “Practical Internal Medicine”, “Clinical Guidelines for Rheumatology”, “Renal Replacement Therapy” and “Modern Nephrology”.
