Ms. Fang has several areas of specialty including Medication Therapy Management and Diabetes Management.

Education:

Ms. Fang graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (honors) from St. John’s University in New York. She has wide experience working in hospitals and pharmacies throughout the New York metropolitan area. She completed the APHA (American Pharmaceutical Association) certificate training course on diabetes management in 2009. She has also been certified in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) by American Pharmaceutical Association since August 2016.

Background:

Ms. Fang has over 20 years of pharmacy experience. Before joining United Family Healthcare Shanghai Service Area, Ms. Fang has wide experience working in hospitals and pharmacies throughout the New York metropolitan area including the Parker Jewish Geriatric Center, Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Ms. Fang is a member of APHA (American Pharmaceutical Association).
