Urgent Care Walk-in Fees at SRC Clinic

Effective, September 1, 2014 – we will be implementing urgent care fees associated with patients who require same day walk-in service.  This service allows patients who cannot wait for an appointment the convenience to be seen on the same day instead of waiting for an available appointment or making a trip to the emergency room.  We strive to limit the disruption of our regularly scheduled patients; however, we recognize that often illnesses or other medical issues come up suddenly and unexpectedly.

While we will do our best to accommodate each patient, please note that due to limited physician and space availability, some patients may be referred to the main hospital for same day care .

According to international standards, urgent care service fees are higher than routine scheduled outpatient visits, but lower than emergency room visits.

Normal Clinic Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm

Closed  Sundays and public holidays

Please note: this service is not intended for routine health check-ups, school or sports physicals or immunization requests. For life-threatening conditions, please go directly to the Emergency Room at Shanghai United Family Hospital.
