Conventional single hole robotic radical prostatectomy with maximum preservation of the surrounding structure of the prostate (including Hood technology Bocciadi posterior approach technique, transvesical approach technique); Neoadjuvant therapy for locally progressive prostate cancer combined with radical prostatectomy and expanded lymph node dissection; Systematic treatment combined with maximum local tumor reduction therapy for metastatic prostate cancer. He has accumulated rich experience in difficult robotic surgeries, especially single port surgeries, and have carried out the first bladder entry robot radical prostatectomy at Renji Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, the first single port robot partial nephrectomy at Renji Hospital, and the first single port robot assisted Madigan surgery at Renji Hospital. He, as the main surgeon, completes over 500 Da Vinci robotic surgeries every year.

Dr. Zhu graduated from the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2011 with a Doctor of Surgery degree. Currently serving as a member of the Urology Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, Secretary of the Urology Special Committee for Postgraduate Medical Education of the Chinese Medical Association, and member of the Prostate Group of the Urology Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association. Visiting scholar at Toronto General Hospital&Princess Margaret Hospital in Canada; Foreign physician at the University de Strasbourg&Nouvel Hospital Civil in France; Visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the United States. Received the first prize in the “Rising Star” National Clinical Research Skills Competition for Young and Middle aged Urologists.

Dr. Zhu has over ten years of clinical experience in urology and has conducted research in the field of urology at Renji Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. He has been serving as the Deputy Chief Physician of the Department of Urology at Renji Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine since 2021. Dr. Zhu has published 7 papers as the first author or corresponding author in core journals, 13 SCI papers.
