◆Dr. Yao is good at pediatric infectious disease in respiratory and digestive system (recurrent fever, cough, pneumonia, diarrhea, etc).  Well baby checkup, Ages & Stages Questionnaires, Wechsler Intelligence Test.

◆She also specialized in children’s rheumatic diseases, such as allergic purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile dermatomyositis, systemic vasculitis, juvenile arthritis and other common pediatric medical diseases.

Education Background:

◆Dr. Yao graduated from West China Medical Center of Sichuan University in 2006, majoring in clinical medicine, and then obtained a master’s degree in Pediatrics from Children’s Hospital of Fudan University in 2009

◆Since 2010, Dr. Yao has completed the standardized training for pediatric residents in Children’s Hospital of Fudan University.  During that period, Dr. Yao also joined a cooperative study with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, USA

Working Experience :

◆Dr. Yao has more than ten years of clinical experiences. Before joining Shanghai United Family Hospital.Dr. Yao had been working in Children’s Hospital of Fudan University, and completed specialized training in rheumatology and immunology. She mastered the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, infectious diseases, and treatment of critical emergencies in children. She is good at the diagnosis and treatment of children’s rheumatic diseases, including Henoch-Schonlein purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile dermatomyositis, systemic vasculitis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, necrotizing lymphadenitis, etc.

◆She participated in a global breastfeed research, has rich experience in breast feeding, child nutrition, and child behavior development

Academic Achievement :

◆Published multiple papers as the first author in medical journals such as “BMC Nephrology”, “Journal of Clinical Pediatrics”, and “Chinese Journal of Child Health Care”
